Professional search fees for our services are 33% of the candidate’s total first 12 months’ cash compensation, including base salary and targeted cash bonuses. Professional fees are billed on a retained basis.
Consultant and candidate travel expenses are billed at cost, as incurred.
Professional search fees are generally billed in three equal installments: 1/3 to begin the search, 1/3 at 30 days, and the final 1/3 at 60 days.
Direct expenses are also billed as incurred, without mark-up.
You have the right to cancel the search at any time, however, any invoices already rendered are payable in full, as are all out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf.
