Leveraging more than twenty years of retained search experience, Kay has been a generalist responsible for both practice development and execution of assignments. Kay has strategically built her executive search practice and reputation, conducting a wide range of assignments in a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial services, technology, professional services, telecommunications, and nonprofit.
Prior to working for Integrated People Solutions, Kay created and successfully ran her own retained search practice for over fourteen years. Working collaboratively with clients, she delivers a blend of service, personal attention, insight and understanding that foster lasting, consultative relationships.
Kay graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a BSBA in Merchandising. For thirteen years she sat on the Industry Board of Directors for Colorado MESA, and is a past Board member for Denver Shares.
When Kay has free time, she is a “Reel Colorado Woman”, pursuing her recently found love of fly-fishing. Look for her on the Fraser River!
