Services :: Search Fees

Professional fees for our services are 33% of the candidate’s total first 12 months’ cash compensation, including base salary and targeted cash bonuses, depending upon client volume and the complexity of the search. Professional fees are billed on a retained basis.

Consultant and candidate travel expenses are billed at cost, as incurred.

Professional fees are generally billed in three equal installments: 1/3 to begin the search, 1/3 at 30 days, and the final 1/3 at 60 days.

Direct expenses are also billed as incurred, without mark-up.

You have the right to cancel the search at any time, however, any invoices already rendered are payable in full, as are all out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf.

If, for any reason not of your making, the hired candidate leaves your employment within six months of assuming their position, we will replace them free of charge with the exception of out-of-pocket expenses. (Not applicable if the company has a change in ownership, if the candidate’s immediate supervisor is changed, or death.)
