About IPS :: Laverne Herrera-Hay Senior Director, Client Services
Laverne oversees research operations for Integrated People Solutions. As one of the original members to join the IPS team, Laverne has played an integral role in building the practice and recruiting the internal staff for IPS. While her primary role is to execute high quality retained search for her clients, Laverne has a wealth of human resource management and operations experience. Laverne’s recruiting experience has allowed her to develop an in-depth knowledge and national perspective across industry verticals. She has served clients in several industries with a primary focus in the industrial, automotive and manufacturing industries. She has conducted mid and executive level assignments across all functional areas with a strong emphasis in supply chain. Other specialty areas include general management, human resources, sales/marketing and six-sigma.
Her high energy and professional demeanor allow her to quickly build rapport, confidence, and the respect of both clients and candidates. Her reputation for providing quality candidates has afforded her the opportunity to build numerous teams for several key clients. Laverne was recently promoted to Senior Director, Client Services. While she will continue to oversee research, her efforts will focus on building client relations and full search execution.
Laverne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Mexico. Laverne resides in Denver with her husband Jeff, daughter Elliana and their dog Bearinger.
