About IPS :: Sue Weihe HR Consultant / Administrator

Sue has over 15 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources. She has provided HR management and consulting to a wide variety of executives from start-up firms to Fortune 100 Companies such as US WEST Communications/Qwest, where she worked as an HR Generalist.

Sue’s total client-focused attitude and communication skills, combined with her strong knowledge of HR programs and policies have added significant value to all of her client relationships. Her effective and efficient consulting style has allowed her clients to quickly implement solutions, resolve conflict, and build productive teams. Training is one of the things Sue especially enjoys as it allows her to work closely with people and immediately help them do their job more effectively.

Sue also functions as the office manager at IPS, and in that capacity she touches each and every consulting project and search.
