Strategic Directions answers the questions: To create a leadership culture aligned with our business strategy and direction, what leadership behaviors will be required? Would this be useful when doing due diligent in a merger or acquisition situation?
Role expectations answers the questions: In a particular leadership role, what specific behaviors are required to achieve business outcomes? Would a different set of behaviors assist someone in the job to be more successful or help define a new job?
Leadership 360™ answers the questions: What leadership behaviors are being used by our individual leaders? According to self and observer feedback, what leadership practices need to be developed?
Leadership Culture answers the questions: What leadership practices are currently used, accepted and rewarded in our organization? Is this what a company wants it to be?
The Leadership Model is comprised of 22 behavioral leadership practices grouped under six core leadership functions.
1. Creating a Vision: Conservative (traditional), Innovative, Technical, Self, Strategic.
2. Developing Followership: Persuasive, Outgoing, Excitement, Restraint.
