Wayne has over twenty years of professional Human Resources experience from the Corporate world. Wayne has extensive leadership experience in Recruiting, Executive Search and Staffing functions. His corporate Human Resource experience also includes, Human Resource Strategy, Workforce Planning and HRIS. Prior to working for Integrated People Solutions Wayne has worked at the corporate level developing and implementing HR Strategic Plans, HRIS, Compensation, Workforce Planning, Retention, Program Management/TQM, Training and Development, and Staffing/Recruiting for hourly management and executive level positions. Wayne led Management Recruiting for Qwest Communications/U S WEST and Recruiting/Staffing for Dex Media. Prior to IPS, Wayne also led the HR function for ServiceMagic/Interactive Corporation.
Wayne earned his Bachelor of Arts, in Economics from the California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Arts in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Wayne’s clients love working with Wayne for his quickness, sense of humor and delivering results ahead of expectations.
In his spare time Wayne can be found on the ski slopes from October-May. He will continue to ski moguls - until his knees give out someday in the hopefully far far distant future. During the off-snow season, Wayne is an avid mountain biker.
