Chip joined IPS in 2015 as the Executive Director of Service Excellence. He brings over 20 years of recruiting experience including over 15 years as a Strategic Corporate Recruiter at multi-billion dollar corporations including, Qwest Communications (aka Centurylink), Teletech and ProBuild. Chip has led searches at the individual contributor and executive level and has a passion for serving customers and placing candidates in the appropriate positions.
Chip’s extensive background in corporate and agency recruiting allows him to understand the unique challenges that each search can have. Chip is customer driven and possesses exceptional strategic consulting skills as well as a unique ability to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit for customers. Chip is happiest when he places the ideal candidate with a customer and it’s a Win-Win!
Chip’s passion for serving customers ensures a good experience for all. In his spare time he likes to volunteer, coach soccer, ski and bike with his lovely wife Lori and two boys Jake and Carter.
Chip has a Bachelor of Science, in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. He is a graduate of Dave Ramsey’s class “Financial Peace University” and helps teach the class.
